Rules & Policies

Pricing is subject to change based on property conditions and features of your home and will be discussed with client in person prior to starting the job.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation or reschedule made within 48 hours of your appointment time will incur a 50% missed cancellation fee.

PAYMENT POLICY: All payments are to be made by cash, check, venmo or zelle before I leave the property. Any payment that is not received by 11:59pm the day the service was completed will result in a $25 late payment fee per day.

HOW TO PREP: All I ask for you to do as preparation for your cleaning is to pick up common items. Toys, clothes, towels etc. Just so I can mainly focus on cleaning. Bedding must be stripped off of the bed and a new set of sheets must be out in sight. Cleaner will not go looking for linens.

  • If the home owner prevents the cleaner from entering a certain room, the room will be skipped, however, pricing will remain the same.

  • Cleaner is not responsible for cleaning up pet urine or feces.
